Why this exists

Most AI products fail not because the model is weak, but because no one earned the user's trust before asking for it.

I work with founders and teams as a product consultant on the hard part: turning a probabilistic system into something a person will rely on twice. That means designing the eval before the feature, sequencing the roadmap as a trust-building order, and being honest about what I'd refuse to build.

Zomato has won at selection and lost at deciding. It now ranks restaurants with AI Match Scores, but it still hands the user a long list to scroll, so the real job, deciding what to eat fast and trusting the choice, stays unsolved.

Payments · UPI·6 min
Paytm is pivoting from a cluttered super app back to payments-first, which is the right call. But the home screen still makes the pay intent compete for attention, and payment certainty, the real product, is still something users verify with a screenshot.
